I have series 1 & 2 but there are missing numbers anyone know why

Collection III will have the rest of the numbers. It was released in 3 series but not in numerical order. Very odd way to release them. It makes it look like each checklist is incomplete. I think they should be listed as one complete set, "1991-93 Heisman Collection"
