My card appears to have once had stickers on one side. The other side has this. Any help??

The 1971 Fleer World Series cards were used as the backs to the 1980 Fleer Stickers.

The checklist only list the 40 card backs. There were 109 stickers in this set, where are they? I noticed all the images of  the 1971 Fleer World Series cards are uploaded as Front Images. The cards were actually the backs not the fronts. And this is another case of undeterminable front/back combinations (109 fronts and 40 backs).  The Fleer Sticker Project shows all the stickers images.

I've got a set of the "stickers" as the 1980 World Series reprint set (plus the years after the original sets). I really need to note which "stickers" I have associated with which "backs". I had gotten my set for the "backs" as it turns out. I have the original full 1970 Fleer WS cards set with some dupes. I am trying to build the 1971 set (which these stickers reprint).

Welll.....

   I have collected Fleer Stickers for a long time.....If it has been determined that the total printed combinations are let's say 109, that's it. I have shuffled through 1000s of these stickers, the calcutated total usually matches the collection [including all possible variations]. Keep in mind, I have collected Fleer BB and FB stickers since the '60s through 90s. If anybody would like a calculated total for any given year...LMK or when I can, I will post all.

   These stickers have variations galore, some very subtle, while others are really cool. Caught my eye. I wish I could remember the source or the author, but I wrote to him to get his book awhile back, and requested a copy of this then OP book, this guy was right on, when it came to numbers.
