I tried doing a search on EBay for the Four Horsemen, but all I got was the Four Horsemen of Notre Dame (which I never knew about, so thanks for posting this). Sorry, no help here.

Looks like one of the many unlicensed, broder, or bootleg oddballs that were made in the '90s. Back probably doesn't give a company either.
Edit: See the back now, yeah it's a bootleg.

Unlicensed with absolutely no identifying information. The quality looks about the level of "homemade".

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

Well, it's probably better than what I could make. I'll give them that.
Actually, I have a set of cards that a buddy of mine and I made back in Junior High. Used posterboard, pens, and stickers from the 1990 Panini album set. An entire set of true 1/1s! We had a couple of "inserts" too, including the stupidest card "Bo Knows His Nose". If you guys ever want a good laugh, I'll try and find it and share some scans.

Got this card in the mail back in the 90s, when I bought a box of T. Thomas cards of eBay.

One of the best parts of the set is we tried to come up with "facts" about each player. This was before the internet so we just basically made stuff up that we thought was probably true, or at least plausibly true. The only one I remember is Mark Grace. His was "Mark Grace does not like to drink motor oil."
The only reason I remember that is because it got reversed in our heads and became a running joke about Mark Grace drinking motor oil.

I had started making cards once using the pc game NHL 2000. Had snippets of created characters, all stars and semi's all lined up to print... but it lost interest. it was more fun to play the game then scavenge for "epic action" shots in the playback. oh yeah... that's right... not a single image I chose had a player with their feet on the ice. they were flying, falling, diving, or flipping.
