That's another product that is on my to do list.

Phone cards are not listable here per se. At least phone cards that were issued on their own aren't. They are only listable if they were released as part of a trading card product.

What I haven't had a chance to investigate further is,was this a phone card only product, or were these inserted in this:

The Classic Marketing trademark on the back makes me think it was a card insert set. I never knew of Classic to do phone cards away from their trading card releases, but I also don't collect racing so I could be wrong. I just know they produced TONS of phone card insert sets for a couple years, as inserts in their trading card packs in other sports.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I'm 99% sure they were an insert in the 1996 set, yes. Classic was putting phone cards in everything they produced near the end of their run.
