I have some scans to upload for this set and i just need some clarification.  The scans that are currently in for this set seem to be the gold parallel cards.  I am just confused as to the 2 versions. 

The gold parallel is the hobby version of the set. The base set listed in the database is the retail version. The difference is the gold foil on the parallel version. Kind of odd to have the hobby version to be a parallel set and not a base set.

So the scans made for the 1998 Pro Line DC3, should actually be moved over to the gold set?

Yes, the first 68 base cards in the retail set has a blue background. This search listing clears up the confusion between the two versions. The Reidel Anthony #98 Rookie Uprising card is scanned correctly. In the subsets DC Rewind and Rookie Uprising, some listings have both versions scanned. For example, there are 9 copies of the Jake Plummer #84 DC Rewind card. 7 of the 9 are the gold parallel card.
