Hmm this reminds me of an Ebay seller a few years back that used to make custom cards by the dozens and then try to pass them off as some rare little known gem. I think he was eventually banned but he resurfaces from time to time.

IN my book it is an armature made card. I'm guessing it is also thin card stock like that of business cards and probably made the same simple way.

looks homemade to me too.  If you can find the photo with a Google search, it's probably homemade.

Kirk, are you talking about the guy who makes the tobacco sized cards of famous women of sports and entertainment, uses pictures he finds with Google, and number all his cards out of 3? Yeah, he's still around.

OMR made a bunch of these "future star" cards for various Japanese baseball players, as well.  Just another collector-exploitation business producing unlicensed cards to cash in on every hyped sports figure.

Wonder what OMR stands for?

Reminds me of something at work called an Optical Mark Reader, tells the cutter when to cut the sheet.
