Card Identification Forum

   Any idea what this is?   It is a cut out card, Limited Edition, 3716 of 5000 with Certificate of Limited edition. 

Front is in fair shape and rear in good shape. Certificate says it is Score Board. Is it real or a fake?

Mystery cards always suck me in. Sometimes, I find nothing and post nothing. Sometimes, someone else beats me to it. SOmetimes, I actually find useful information.

Not this time.

I did, however find what looked to be this card, but it is actually serial numbered out of 7000.

I did find that there was a "Copper" version, serial numbered out of 2000.

But we do not have any of these 30th anniversary cards listed.

Google image search only turned up images of the SN2000 and SN7000 versions.

I think we've got it narrowed down to 1997 at least.

Can't tell by any of the scans, but apparently there's a parallel between the SN7000 (can't tell the foil color) and SN2000 Copper.  If I had to guess; SN7000 Silver?, SN5000 Gold?

C2 - I looked at the scans of both - both could be enlarged - good scans - and I couldn't see a difference between the 5000 and 7000. Of course, foil scans funny, so it's hard to tell. The Copper, however, was noticably different.

Yep, silver and gold foils scan almost identical on most scanners.  And in card heirarchy Gold is usually better than Silver.
