I think this is just a Promo card but I can't find anything to tie it to. So does anyone have any idea what this is? Thanks..

Looks like a promo card for the 1995 Bleachers Emmitt Smith card. The promo states a limit of 10,000, but they ended up with 20,000. I didn't see any Bleachers in Football. ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*
