1995 Upper Deck Football ???

The only things I can figure out about this card is: 1- It is a 1995 Upper Deck card, 2- It says Fantasy Football on front and 3- It says Medevac Assault on the back. Does anyone know anything about this card that I received in a box of football cards? Does it belong in the Data Base and what is it? Thanks...

Read about it here. It's first and only release was in 1995. It's "fantasy" because it takes place in the future. And a different much darker, violent football game. There are no actual players, or NFL teams. IMO, a failed attempt by Upper Deck to get in on the CCG craze. But what sports fan wants to collect cards that have no actual players or teams?
