I remembered this immediately when I read the initial post. The topic creator and I are both kids of the late 1980s and early 1990s. I think he means 1992 Topps Kids. I had to rack my brain for 20 minutes before I figured it out. A trip to my old storage room would have helped me answer it in about 20 seconds, as I have boxes full of these guys!
