Where should this card be cataloged? I cannot find any in the database. Thanks

I found an auction on eBay for an uncut sheet of the set. The sheet has a different card back though. The set was listed as 1993 Hot Stars. The uncut sheet was released through Top Stars Magazine in August/September of 1993. We could catalog the 9 card set in the multi-sport set with a single promo for the Chicago National. The seller states in the description that, "This rarely seen 9 card uncut Hot Stars sheet from Top Stars Magazine was distributed to select attendees at the National Sports Collectors Convention in Chicago." The seller is also selling some singles of the cards from the uncut-sheet.

Alright i added the set for the cards seen on ebay. but since my back is obviously different it should be considered a promo/insert card? If sO im struggling with how to add the insert of my particualr card. Can i get help with this? Thanks

Under "inserts and related set" add it as a single insert and click the promo option in the drop down box
