1989 or 1990 Star Bluefield Orioles #29

Help me. I am tired. So maybe this is not a mystery but to me it is. I have found a 1989 card like this on Ebay. have also found a 1989 card like this but with an orange border on Ebay. The 1989 #29 on the TCDB is missing. But if there, seems like it would be an orange border. After you solve his one I have another myster, a 1990 Bluefied Oriole with orange background, but I will wait. I am tired.
