1990-91 Skybox Error? Both sides show the front of a card

Anyone have any info on this? Card is normal thickness. One side is Mitch Richmond and the other is Buck Williams, but looks like it had something written before it was cut.

Probably was marked to be destroyed by QC, but someone didn't follow procedure so it wasn't pulled before the sheet was cut. Looks like the OR from ERROR. It was probably an uncut sheet when the printer realized the mistake, then trashed it, but someone decided it is worth to be saved, then cut it up afterwards. Nice find! I'd have to agree. Looks like a possible printing error sheet. Or a set-up test sheet. An employee probably took it home. There are probably some serious error collectors (BOBSCARDZ) that would love it.
