I don't even know if it matters since Press Pass put out one PBR (Professional Bull Riders) set. My question is does anyone know for sure if this is a 2009 or 2010 set. The back of the cards show 2009 but i see both years online.

It's 2010. The copyright date on the backs of cards is not always a reliable source. The set was released in January 2010 as seen on this sell sheet:
