I don't remember them being around in 1991. Does that mean they had the infringement? 
There's another one that looks like this one that has Shaq and Larry Johnson as 1990-1991 Co-College Players of the Year. Are these worth anything since they are pre pro cards?

Some say these aren't worth anything. But to a collector who is hardcore into a specific player, might be worth at most a buck, on a really good day. These are also really easy to copy and make more of.

I have a couple from that "set" too. One "New Kids on the Scene" with Eric Lindros / Emmitt Smith / Todd Van Poppel & one "New Kids on the Ice" with Lindros / Sergei Fedorov / Ed Belfour.
