One of the insert sets of the Prizm brand is also called Prizm. It is like the refractors are to Topps. The card on the left is an insert card, and the card on the right is the base card.
At least just judging from the back of the cards.

but, Bil-ly! *I say that in the nagging kid voice*
You are correct, I know the difference but always use parallel and insert interchangebly for some reason. I know better, but, eh, I just don't care. I really wish there is a day that they focus on the base cards more and less on making 15 versions of it with some with serial numbers, and some shinier than others, but to prevent me from ranting further, I'll cool it.
At least I hope I'm not alone in using Farve and the Jets in the same sentence is just a terrible idea.

Are you sure that the one with "Prizm" on the back isn't the least bit more reflective than the other? Card #89 has pictures of both versions in the database, see them for comparison:

Amen brothers. Too many parallels that will be long forgotten a few months down the line. I am fine with a parallel set that is one per pack and perhaps even generously the parallel that is a few per box but why would we ever need 10 plus parallel sets of anything or parallels of inserts. Too many layers. I am okay with different versions of colors on autographs but that i don't even bother collecting all that stuff. I actually get annoyed when i get some parallels, I would just rather get another base card. Whem more people collected you could trade some cards to finish a set but now you have people trading for parallels and you have to do a near world wide search for that. Not interested just give me a nice basic set and if you want to make one or two parallels, I will forgive you. I also get annoyed when there are too many insert sets with a single release. I dont have the time or money to mess with that.

It really makes it hard on collectors like myself who are aiming to have one of everything...especially when some of these parallel sets are even 1/1 now. I agree that they need to slow the parallel and inserts down.
