I think that one of these may be a "1990 Broder Bart Simpson Air Bart NNO Promo"  The second one may also be a Broder but just not sure.  The question is does anyone have access to a checklist for these cards, because i have hit the wall researching them.

These are definitely exactly what you think they are... unlicensed. As for a checklist I've got nothing.

They are from the same 1990 set. Found them on Beckett under the set listing of 1990 Bart Knows Bootlegs Promos. I'm not surprised they list them as NNO1 and so on. Also saw them on Jeff Allender's House of Checklists. 

An eBay seller from Australia has four of them listed with four cards from the other 1990 Bart Knows set.

As a big fan of the show, I would love to have those cards! I don't even care if they are unlicensed "bootlegs", they would still be nice odd-ball additions to my "The Simpson's" collection.
