Two thoughts:
1 - Albert Pujols is in the lot. :)
2 - It's Goodwill. They abvoiusly got them from a collector (or former collector). The cards are probably real (the graded ones by "Mint" or whoever - it says "Mint" where "PSA" is on the PSA cards). I don't know how much I'd trust the grade. I would base my bidding on this lot (with those graded cards included) the fact that those cards are NM-MT, and not PSA 10s. And again, it's Goodwill - what do you really expect from them? My advice is to treat it as if you were at a garage sale, and a kid said "I have this box of rookies, here's peek at what's inside. Want it for $x?" Is x worth it - go for it. Else - walk away.

That's kind of the way I was leaning myself, but was just wondering if anyone had seen that seal from a grading company before. Definitely not PSA in my opinion, but wasn't sure if there was a copycat grader using that tape out there.

Seems to be a decent lot of cards. I don't do much football either so I'm not sure on a good price for it. I'd agree that after seeing the post I would believe the cards are likely authentic, but can't trust the grades on the psa lookalikes.
I've always been a little intrigued by goodwill lots as there is no telling if the really good cards in the lot are even shown. More likely than not they are, but you just don't know how much the poster really knows about cards.
If you end up getting it let us know how it was.

Well, I ended up winning the lot for $50. I know the money is there to make it worth it, but just how worth it remains to be seen!
Will let you know when I get them! 😖

Looks like a decent lot of cards to me. I'd be interested in the Steve Smith 2001 RC cards/parallels.
