Card Identification Forum

I recently purchased a lot of Chris Webber cards that included this card.  The text in the upper right hand corner reads, "1993 Overall Number 1 Draft Pick 1 of 60,000".  I searched through the 1993 Classic Draft Picks insert checklists and cannot locate a comparable card.  The back is used in the Illustrated insert set as the front for card SS1.  Has anyone seen this card before?

Geez, what an original way to assign a number to a card.

Looks like a NNO, but I can totally understand how someone might think that PF is the card number (if they didn't look closely at the front and see it there as well).

Classic was the only card company to differentiate between power forward and small forward. If whoever listed it was not real familiar with the sport they may not have known what it stood for. Classic did use letters for inserts some times as well, if I recall.

Yeah, since lettered card "numbers" is now all too common practice.
