I believe that this card is the redemption card for this set. The verbiage on the card does not say Prime Choice Rookies, but the # of cards in the set, 20, matches and the expiration date of the redemption seems to match the information I have found online. If it is the redemption card should it be added to the set as an NNO or should it be added to the inserts as a single. I would like to add it to the set, but I am not sure that is correct. So basically two things...Correct set and should it be seperate or in the set listing?

Since it does not say Prime Choice Rookies on the card, my preference would be to list it as a single insert card called NFL Draft Trade Card. It clearly states that this card would not be returned, so it shouldn't be listed with the set. Also, people getting their hands on it aren't going to know to look in the Prime Choice Rookies CL for it.

Looks like the Prime Choice Rookie set is the redemption set.  Found a still-sealed set on ebay.  But my question is, if this was a complete factory set why are there only two cards with images uploaded?  Were they also inserted in packs? But as Spaz stated, the redemption card is listed as a single insert.

Thanks for the information. I will upload the pic as a single insert with the reference to the1996 Upper Deck Silver Prime Choice Rookies set. I looked it up on Beckett, not that I always trust what it says, but it does seem like a good description. 

This standard sized redemption set was available by returning a trade card randomly inserted in 1996 Upper Deck Silver. The cards contain an inset photo of the player and a full length foil accented shot of the player with "Prime Choice Rookie" placed in the upper left hand corner of the card with the player's name in the lower left hand corner. The backs contain a short biography with a color picture of the player. The redemption expired 8/30/96.

Being that the two cards with images were done by different people, I'll say they probably got them on the secondary market and not the complete redemption set. Nobody has the complete set listed in their collection on here. There are 3 cards in the set that I would like to have for my team collections. 2 are only listed in wantlists and one is the Panthers card that has a scan and is listed as a Collection card by the scanner.
