No number and no real markings or year other than big bang cards at the bottom.

Broder! (Or, unliscensed, unauthorized trading card, which usually has little to no value.) You might find a hardcore Big Hurt collector who might not have it and might pay $1 for it, but that's probably it.

I have an identical Emmitt Smith card that I haven't gotten any replies on yet. I still don't know what it is for sure.
