Not a hockey collector, but I am pretty sure this is a mini version of the promotional poster in and around the ACC, or Scotiabank Center, or whatever the arena is called now.

Is it on card stock or glossy paper? Looks kind of like a poster promo 4x6, if it's on glossy paper. I don't collect hockey, so I'm just grasping at straws.

Looks to be a team issue postcard type item that usually was inserted into game day programs. A lot of Oiler team issue done that way. I would say start with team issues for them in the years that he played there.
