Hi,

I have a Mervyns Joe Montana card and I can not find it in the database to list it. Is it on the database, maybe somewhere I haven't looked? If not can someone please put it on the database? Thank you.

I didn't see it in the database. Searching around the internet it appears that it was an in-store give-away at the Mervyn's department stores. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mervyn%27s)  It might have been the only card as part of the chain's "rebranding" compaign (adding "California" to the name as described in the wikipedia article I linked). Montana apparently was the spokesperson for the ad campaign. I noticed there are 8 copies of this card on CheckoutMyCards (comc.com) that range from $2.25 to $10.

Not sure how the database would mark this if it truly is a one card one off set. The database usually requires a full set of cards to be added.

After a little googling it also looks like Mervyn's gave out calling cards that look like the card, althought the one pictured is not a calling card.  On top of that there were three levels of calling cards given out 7 minute, 70 minute, and 700 minute.  All were serial numbered. COMC has one of the calling cards mixed in with the base Rush cards.

I have 2 of these cards. They should make a place on the database for cards like this to be listed. Where there's not a set of them.

1 card sets are documented here. What we don't do is only document 1 card from a multi-card set. 

Is there other cards in this set? The 2 I have are the same card.
