Beckett has this card listed as " 2000 SAGE Autographs #A49 Jaquary Walls/999". I can find 2000 SAGE Autographed Jaquary Walls with SN1,SN50,SN200,SN400 and SN650 but no SN999. Is it a real card or as UK say, It is a Counterfiet unlicenced card?

It's a real card. https://www.comc.com/Cards/Basketball/2000/Sage_-_Authentic_Autograph/A49/Jaquay_Walls/1541670 Three are listed at COMC. We just need to create the insert set and add the checklist. The insert set is 2000 SAGE - Autographs Red.
