Alan Trammell Star Promo NNO Blank Backed Card

The Data Base lists a few of the Star Blank Backed Alan Trammell Promo cards. I can't find this card and was wondering if it belonged in the Data Base?

Set was issued in 1989 (set color is orange). One Promo was issued for every five sets sold. I checked my notes, and apparently there was an Ad Card released for this set as well.
