I realize properly identifying Star issues can be daunting, but does anybody know the definitive set this card belongs to? It clearly says "STAR '87" on the front, but is copyrighted 1984 on the back.

After lots of searching here's all I could find. It's a 14 card Steve Carlton set. And it's 1987 Star. 1 Living Legend 2 All-Star Stats 3 Playoff Stats 4 World Series Stats 5 The Early Years 6 The Phillie Years 7 The 1986 Season 8 9 10 11 12 13 Records 14 Personal Data

A lot of the Star Co sets have the copyright of 1984 on the back - the year in the logo on the front is what will give away the actual year of release. One of these days, I'll get my collection organized and on here for all to use. (It will take some time, sorry!)

Jon, I actually got them from ebay. I clicked on every one I saw and wrote down the information.
