Card Identification Forum

      Found this in my " What the Box ".

     The card says it is a 1996 Upper Deck Limited Edition SN5000.

 I can't find it in the Data Base or in Beckett.

     If it belongs in the Data Base and someone can add it I will provide the scan.

Found your card on Beckett as https://www.beckett.com/football/1993-97/upper-deck-authenticated-commemorative-cards/6-dallas-cowboys-1996super-bowl-30numbered-of-5000-2053041. All of these cards are NNO.

2 things wrong with Beckett's listing.

1. All cards here are NNO
2. They should be listed in each year they were released, please don't lump them as 1993-1997. No one will be able to find anything.

I think they should go under Oddball, name of set = "Upper Deck Authentics Commemorative Cards".

What does everyone else think?

first off.. nice find Sun.. i was going in circles trying to find that one. 

partial agree w/ V if i understand you correctly.. the descripation says that are not numbered, so NNO... and as for the set location, i think it should be under 1997 year with the "1993-1997 Upper... Comm....Cards"  with each card listed and a good description in Note 2.. I guess i look at it the same as buyback.. they are listed for one set with several different years added within the set- and since I'm guessing 1997 was the issue year, it should be listed under that.

According to Beckett's they were a continuing series. Started in 1993 and ended in 1997.  Five cards issued in 1993, two in 1994, two in 1995, two in 1996, and five in 1997. 

I agree with vrooomed, listed by each year issued, "[Year] Upper Deck Authenticated Commemorative Cards"
