First, sorry for the "mis-use" of the Mystery Forum...
OK, I know you are against (?) using photos for card images, but the above images are a scanned version versus a photo version. It seems that fluorescent colors (and other types) do not scan very well. I am wondering if the image on the right which I took with my cell phone would be acceptable? Thanks for any responses.

Oh, and I see the "blurry" problem... I would try to get the best image I could (ie no blurryness and whiteness). This was my first attempt at photographing a card with my phone.

You should be able to adjust settings like Brightness, Contrast, Hue, Saturation, etc., either in the scan settings or after the fact in your photo editor to correct the colors.
Maybe Billy will have some suggestions on exactly which settings need to be adjusted which way to correct this particular issue.

No. Cameras cause optical and/or perspective distortions. Resulting in some kind of deformation of images. The blue square in the photographed image is distorted; look at the left side. Also, the white background is now gray.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I see your point, but the distortion of the blue square probably came from a warped/curled sticker card and the camera picked it up. As for the whiteness, the gray is probably a result of bad lighting.
So the main question now then is - How to scan fluorescent images or just accept the fact they are not going to scan with true coloring (I doubt you can color correct the scanned image in photo manipulation software.)

I took a quick swing at it myself, using your scanned image on the left above I adjusted the Brightness -50 and the Contrast +60 and came up with this:
(Iguess I'll have to post it up when I get home...)

Is the picture in my last post above yours not showing up for you Billy? Can anyone aside from me see it?
