I think it may be a multi-sport set. I have a David Robinson USA Basketball card from Ballstreet as well. Have to locate it to check the number, I've not scanned it yet. I think it may have come out of a magazine?

They definitely were multi-sport because there is a hockey one I'm looking to get. The Ballstreet Journal was a bi-monthly magazine with these cards inserted inside. I only found a checklist for baseball from 1991, so it's definitely an oddball.

I never saw the magazine when it was originally active. I was just on eBay looking to pick up some back issues, but they are not cheap!
