Going through all my cards entering my collection on here and i open a book with these 1994-95 Finest and 11 of them have this green spots on them..both with and without the Topps protect film..anyone else seen this?

I have about 30 cards the same and some half green or full green. Also have some thats not got the green spots. It looks like some reaction to the coating.

It's a known problem with early Finest cards, unfortunately. I've seen it affect cards as late as 1997-98. I hope it will not affect later cards, but only time will tell. It seems to develop suddenly, and the 1993-94 NBA set is particularly hard hit. 

Edit to add: storage does not affect them, they will turn in every environment. It is not fixable. The peel doesn't cause it, as the 1993-94 set had none. I don't know if that set gets it worse because it had no peel or because it is just the oldest. Since it affects 1996-97 Topps Chrome more than Finest of the same year, the argument could be made the the peel may delay it.
