Card Identification Forum

I found a listing for a set in Multi-Sport here with this same design but the checklist lists card #1 as a baseball player. I forget who since I looked when I got this card about two weeks ago. There is no scan for card #1 on here. Anyone know anything about how these were distributed? It has the "feel" of an unlicensed oddball.

The border on the front is gold foil, even though is doesn't scan that way.

I have a Barry Sanders of this design card. Where could I find it, if you have a link to it. Couldn't find the said multi sport set spoken of unless I completely overlooked. Thanks
