Ok, so who knows about this set? I've been doing some research on it and actually managed to snag one of the known Ben Grieve cards from it.
Since not all of the cards have been identified as actually existing (this is based solely on appearances on the secondary market), how should this set be represented in the DB? Add a checklist with only verified cards? Add the whole original checklist but note the ones that have not yet been proven to still exist?
Anybody unfamiliar with the set can read up on it here.

In my opinion, only the known cards should be on this site's checklist. Sure, there is probably some ex-employee out there who has a copy of everything, but if it can't be proven, those cards seem like nothing more than an idea. I feel like we do the members a disservice if we pretend these cards exist. I say this in consideration of the extremely unusual circumstances surrounding this set.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

That's what I was thinking as well, but I wanted to see if others agreed.

Personally, I'm not a fan of any backdoored items being here, personally, as just about ANYTHING could show up here. That said, verified items should be posted and if others are discovered, they can be added later.

Especially, since they were court-ordered to be destroyed. I see them in the same vein as counterfeits.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

These are some of the best cards to collect, especially if you're a completionist player collector. Agree they should only be listed if they're known to exist.
