Card Identification Forum

Does anybody know anything about this card?  I don't know if I still have one in my collection, but I remember it from the early 90's when I was a kid and just spent a couple hours trying to find an image of it online to refresh my memory of what exactly the card looked like.  All I could remember was some cartoonish picture of Saddam Hussein and I kept thinking maybe George Bush and maybe Rambo, then I found a different card here on the site that said Rambush and started googling that and finally found the one I was looking for.  So where did these cards come from exactly?  I just remember them being kinda popular at my lcs as a kid, but don't know anything else about em.
