Miss T started Travel Ball this past weekend leading her Team to a 6-0 sweep of the tournament. She went 2-0 on the hill, banged out a 2B, 3B, got the walkoff hit that won a 2-inning tiebreaker + being named MVP of game 1.
Meanwhile, she was awarded the HS team MVP at the banquet, and just found out today she was named county ALL-Division. She was also selected to play in the Carpenter Cup for the 2nd year.
Guess you can tell I'm a very happy PopPop!

Congrats!
Although the Naval Academy doesn't have an NCAA softball team, we have this year's NCSA World Series Champions, the NCSA World Series MVP, and 4 NCSA All-Americans. Tell her to look us up.

Now the time to shine and notice fans in stands if they looking at her pitch and they make comments when she walks near them post game. And they chat with coach have to make sure she is a JR going to be a SR come Sept. I think that the window been years since I umpired NCAA games. They looking for you before students start choosing a college. Or was it Sophmore to Jr year, they can start talking to you. Either way coach will know as they ask about ATTITUDE GRADES DEDICATION.
I saw during WCWS that there are even players from Australia and Europe besides Orient now. Either a pitcher or a big hitter.

Robert “It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone. You count on it, rely on it to buffer the passage of time, to keep the memory of sunshine and high skies alive, and then just when the days are all twilight, when you need it most, it stops. Today, October 2, a Sunday of rain and broken branches and leaf-clogged drains and slick streets, it stopped and summer was gone.” ― A. Bartlett Giamatti robertkimble.us/tradingcards
