Miss T and her 18u DIVAS Teammates capture the 2017 NJ 18u State Championships.
After getting knocked out of Saturday's game, [literally taking a line dirive off the lower leg], Miss T bounces back with a 4-0, 3-hit shutout in the semis today to catapult the "Pink Ladies" to win it all.
Up next: The "Nightmare" College Showcase -Friday, Saturday and Sunday in Westhampton, NJ.

Very proud of your granddaughter Bob, and you had better watch out she sounds pretty tough, there might be a boy out there who ends up with a black eye or broken finger if they don't mind their manners!! LOL sounds like she is solid as a rock!! =) Keep the wins comin Miss T!!!

Ketchupman...Yes, she does want to play in college. We are enrolled in a sight that allows college coaches to check her profile. With 2 years left, the search is on. She would like to go south of NJ, however.
I guess my pride is over-the-top, but it is so great, every g-father should have this time.

Awww A great tournament, college coachs have to let others know they going. They can't just stop by.
If you playing you are playing against or with others being considered by college. let the recriutment begin as NCAA Softball World Series is over.

.....and Miss T and her DIVAS keep rolling along. This weekend was the NIGHTMARE COLLEGE SHOWCASE. We went 1-0-1 in showcase action, should have been 2-0, some REALLY, really bad umping! How bad, I almost got tossed as a spectator for yelling "she was under the tag"! LOL.
On Sunday, the team powered their way to a 5-0 record over some of the best teams [26 to be exact] around the metro area and was crowned #1!. We won the the tournament by going 6-0-1, Miss T went 3-0 on Sunday with a 4-hit shutout "to boot". Some college coaches were definetly taking notice.
We are taking a week off and then off to Hagerstown, Md for their Big tournament and wrap up the summer season.
