Hey Bounty 13, there is NO pitch count in softball, throw as strong as your arm and shoulder can take. Underhand is a much more natural motion for the arm, the hurt comes from throwing all the twisters especially drop, rise and screwball. ~BOB~ ------------------------------- *Bob*
