I guess I let the thread go this time. Here's one that might be tough.
What major leaguer's father batted 3rd in High School, with Ted Williams batting 4th? The father also played a year of minor league ball and worked for a number of years at Williams' summer camps. As a hint, the major leaguer in question played from 1981-1989.

Another hint. He also hit the 1st homer in the Metrodome.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I'll take a shot- Dave Engle of the Twins, he had the first HR and first hit in the Metrodome.

It was Dave Engle. His father Roy was friends with Ted Williams from high school for many years after.
