Its winter in Saskatchewan, and the gentle breezes blow.
Seventy Miles an hour at thirty-five below.
Oh how I love Saskatchewan, when the snows up to your butt.
You take a breath of winter and your nose gets frozen shut.
Yes, the weather here is wonderful, so I guess I'll hang around.
I could never leave Saskatchewan, CAUSE I'm FROZEN to the ground.

Very nice, Darrell. Very nice. I would nominate you for the Pulitzer Prize, but you would have to beat out Don Mattingly and Luis Tiant to get it.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

That makes me feel better about living in Minnesota.....there's worse winters somewhere.

I live in the Houston area and we don't have winter. A friend of mine from Puerto Rico told me he hates Houston winters because they're too cold. I told him he had no idea what winter is if Houston is his standard.
Anyway, my advice for our northern neighbors comes from that great late philosopher, Frank Zappa, "Don't eat the yellow snow. "

Awesome! I actually prefer the cold weather and snow. We had our first snow today, sort of. It was mostly rain but had some thick, wet snowflakes mixed in. Not really enough to take any pictures of but I took a screencap of the AccuWeather App on my phone, which wasn't totally accurate...but at least it was working! It usually refuses to work if there is rain in the area.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. Born and raised in Saskatchewan. Cold, guaranteed to weeks of minus 40 degree temperatures some time during the winter. Left when I joined the Air Force. Loved growing up there but would never go back to live.

Thanks crew, figured you'd get a kick out of it. Going through a brutal spell at the moment of snow and cold. Almost 20C below normal for this time of year. With Rememberance Day coming on the 11th (Lest We Forget), the next step is the Christmas display and let me tell you putting 100 hours of work into that in this weather SUCKS!!!! I much rather do it on the grass than the snow. Oh well it so UNcanadian to whine about the weather. ;)
