Former Oriole Randy Milligan will be at BASES (713 E Ordinance Rd, Glen Burnie, MD) to sign autographs from 12pm-2pm this Sunday. There is also a craft and vendor fair at the same time. I’m not 100% sure, but this signing may be free.
