Here to add fire to the site I’m suggesting if these players were put into one team they would beat the Astros...
Hosmer, E from Phil as a 1B or Votto, J from Cin 1B
Gordon, D from MIA as 2B
Arenado, N from Col as 3B
Posey, B from SF as C
Andrus, E from Tex as SS
Ozuna, M from Mia as LF
Blackmon, C from Col
Cabrera, M from KC
Knebel, C from Mil as P, Rivera F from Pit as P and Neshek, P from Col as P
sad no one from Yankees (my team) is even worthy enough to be on the list. I just stick to the facts...
over rated team of the decade yes that would be the Yankees
over rated rookie that would be Judge. Sell both while there is still a market.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

And Hosmer is a free agent, although played with KC last year.
I hate arguments like this. Yeah, if you took 13 of the best players in the game from last season (statistically), they could beat most teams in a 7 game series USUALLY. There's no point arguing that. But that's like playing an MLB The Show video game with a "Legends" team of Mantle, Ruth, Mays, etc. and winning a World Series on easy mode.
Anyone can build a super team and win a World Series if there aren't cap limits and you can acquire whoever you want. But as this situation above is probably very unlikely if not impossible I see no point debating it.

I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.

True now. See I wasn’t the only one to see his value.

Well right now is the time to make the trades to get a better team and 29 teams need the help.

And that team would lack chemistry and a good manager.

Okay I’ll take Paul Molitor as manager.

I suggest these players not because of any stat but one. They are the hardest working people in the game. Astros has a good over all team obviously but I don’t think they are passionate players that work harder then the people listed. You could easily find people in each position with better stats.

The one thing most often overlooked in teamsports - team chemistry. The Blue Jays of 1987-1990 vs the Blue Jays of 1991-94 are the perfect example of exactly this; the early bunch played as individuals (Fernandez, Bell, Barfield, Moseby, McGriff), the second group played as a team staying within their lanes (Alomar, Carter, White, Olerud, Winfield/Molitor)
