Brian Jordan (baseball) and Brian Jordan (football) are the same guy. Should they be combined to be consistent with other 2-sport guys? I know Bo Jackson and Michael Jordan are combined.
Another guy I notice that isn't combined is Steve McMichael (football and wrestling). Yes, he really became a pro wrestler after football!

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Has any player in hockey done this?! Maybe I'm just curious, or I feel left out here...

None come to mind, although Eric Lindros was on a baseball card that called him a Blue Jays 3rd baseman in 1990. But really he just took batting practice in a uniform so Score could get him on a card before he was drafted into the NHL . I'm straining my brain but can't think of any legit 2-sport guy who played hockey.
Other guys I can think of off the top of my head who played 2 sports and made cards while active in both are Danny Ainge & Ryan Minor (baseball & basketball), "The Rock" Dwayne Johnson, Bill Goldberg, and Wahoo McDaniel (wrestling and football) and Tony Gonzalez & Charlie Ward (basketball & football). I'm sure there are plenty of others. Dixxy wrote: Has any player in hockey done this?! Maybe I'm just curious, or I feel left out here...

Yes, they made such a big deal out of lindros, it doesn't surprise me that there's cards of him pretending to play other sports. With all the lindros promotional material out there I am actually surprised that patrick roy trumps him in who's on the most cards. Maybe I should check golf cards out. I know most nhl players play golf in their downtime... quite possible there's a gretzky rookie in a pga series. Lol

Noticed a few others who need to be combined.
John Brodie (Football and Golf)
Vic Janowicz (Football and Baseball)
Chris Weinke (Football and Baseball)
Mark Hendrickson (Baseball and Basketball) Some cards aren't combined
Ken Shamrock (MMA and Wrestling)
Jim Thorpe (Football, Baseball, and Olympics)
Just some names I found. Maybe we should have a separate topic for this or make this the official thread for combining multiple sports players.

Gene Conley played MLB and NBA, however it looks like he never made to a basketball card. Back then the sets were usually 88 cards. Also, Dave DeBusschere played for the Knicks and White Sox and has cards in both sports.
