There are two different Nick Cullops that played in the majors:

The W514 is the first Nick Cullop who was a ML pitcher from 1913-1921

The 2008 is the second who was a ML outfielder from 1926-1931 (and a minor league star).

Not sure which one is on the 1988 Conlon card.
