Hi Guys,
I couldn't find a red parallel of the base set on this site. However by checking Comc and Beckett I think there should be a red version of the base set. What complicates the situation CardboardConnection claims there is no red version at all (only knights templar, orange, blue and numbered ones). Maybe the red and the orange are the same? Let's say yes, then Comc is wrong... but what about Beckett, where both red and orange version exist?

That kind of answers your question, cardboard does slip up from time to time. =)

i don't do basketball but the Panini website does have a Crusade Red.. you can double check the CL there.

Thanks Tonym. Actually there is no "base set red" in Panini's checklst. Is it possible that both Beckett and Comc fails then - and there is no red at all?

The bottom card in your image is the orange parallel. The top card is the base card. The red cards had mirror foil fronts and are called Knights Templar.

Thanks Billy, your explanation seems to be correct. Except Beckett still thinks there is a red parallel. I will stick to your solution though. 

Beckett is pretty clueless...they regularly ignore some cards while outright making up others, or making up names for sets and thus duplicating them when they list the set accurately (or semi-accurately) anyway.
