Well, I finally got around to starting to sort this set. Got them sorted into teams, but not yet put in order of my favorite/most significant players on top and then into the binders. That's hours of work/fun ahead of me. But I've seen them enough to "review" the set. A few thoughts:
I like the borderless cards. I just do. They look cool. I think the photography, overall, is excellent. The fronts are really excellent. Player name, position, and team, with a reasonably sized logo. All legible. Nice work.
I like the 700 card set, although 720 or so might be better. I'm pleased that there are team cards, and leaders cards. Sad that there are no awards cards, manager cards (which could be just an inset on the team card), and that there are only four cards dedicated to the post season. There are way too many checklists. It's ok to put the numbers on both sides.
On the whole, pretty good. But still missing some easy to include elements.
