2016-17 Hoops Basketball Forum

I pulled one of the NBA Champions inserts out of a 2016-2017 Hoops box last month.  I was curious as to the rarity of these?  Honestly the card isn't all that spectacular, but I have heard that these inserts are really rare.  It seems like "odds" listed on the packs have kind of become a thing of the past (at least as far as I've seen recently).  

I see them listed on ebay for as low at 15 bucks and as high as 150 dollars (???).  

The value really doesn't matter to me too much because I don't plan on selling it, but just curious as to the background of this insert. 

Panini traditionally does not list stats for odds. They have on a couple of sets- I think 2014-15 Threads was the first. They seem slightly rarer to me as well but I've only opened the one box I got as a birthday present last month so I'm mostly going on hearsay from the facebook groups. I did not get any Champions cards.
