Cards #181-82 and higher is where my question lies. I don't see why these aren't scanned as opened cards. There is no damage in folding open the cards to scan the front and back. All the scans I see have the folded cards scanned. Yes, the scans would look weird, but they would be most accurate. Also, is there some way to note that those cards are taller than the regular (single-player) base cards in the set. I mean, the dimensions of the unfolded cards should be listed somewhere that's easy to see for the dual-player fold-out cards. I just want some opinions before I scan my newly-acquired Glavine/Clemens card.

I scanned some of those. If the decision is to scan them opened, then I will rescan and resubmit.

Looks like Fleer plagerized Topps' 1955 Double Header.
Yes, folded cards must be opened. When I come across them I asked Admin to remove the incomplete images because they are folded cards. We finally got the 1971 Topps Scratch-Offs corrected. But there are still more to get fixed. 1970 Topps Scratch-Offs, 1997 Circa Limited Access, 1996 Circa Access, are some I've come across that still has folded images to be removed.
My stance, "If you don't want to unfold it, don't upload it"

I'd like opinions. On the 1997 Circa Limited Access, which side looks best, or more like "the front"? My choice is the side with the stats and card number should be the "back".

Well, here's an argument against that stats being the "back". When a card is opened, the front now also has the back attached to it. I looked at it a couple times and I think we have it correct here. Outside of folded card is the "front", and the inside is the "back". (Just one hobbyist's opinion.)

I'm on the fence about this particular set. I don't feel strongly either way because neither side looks particularly front-ish. I'm leaning slightly toward 'leave it' just because that puts the actual front on the front, and the inside doesn't make a very good front.
Regarding folded card in general, I was going to say that Outside = Front, Inside = Back, but then I realized that I could think of many sets where the opposite is more appropriate. So I'd say it does need to be taken case-by-case.

This is a tough choice. The reason I chose the non-stat side is because it has a nice large headshot, the player's name is in a large readable font, and the whole background is a picture. The stat side is two-thirds text (stats) and only one-third player picture. The player's name is a small, hard-to-read font.

I just expressed an opinion but to me it really not matters one way or another. As long as an image is uplaoded, in this case one way or another, that is a help to collectors here on this site.

In some cases it really matters. I came across a few sets that all had the same backs (game cards for instance). The common back was loaded the as the "fronts". When doing a trade and matching lists only the "front" is shown and they were all the same.
