Dan Grimm Falcons or Colts?

I sort all my cards by team....I noticed that Dan Grimm is listed under the Balitmore Colts for 1969 Topps. However, his card mentions nothing of being a Baltimore Colt. I noticed others where the logo is updated to reflect the players new team. However, I think Dan's is in error and the card actually belongs under the Atlanta falcons. Is there a way to change this?
