I got this card, I believe it's a refactor however on the back it has "preproduction" in red across his stats. I recal I got this in a normal pack. Has anyone got any idea?

They were inserts in the 1994 Topps baseball. 1994 Finest Preproduction ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*
