So these, IMO, need some work, the card numbers are copied from Beckett and the actual numbering is different. The ABC should not be there, they should all have the same number with date in Note2. Correct? I do not know which were winners and non-winners so not sure if that should be listed as well or not. Then there are the "bonus" sets, they too have the same numbering as the other sets. Also I gather one set is retail and the other hobby, if so that needs to be added to release notes. Input?

If they are what I think they are, there are three versions of each card number.
Card Num - Name - Team - Note - Note2
1 - Player - Team - VAR - VAR: [Crash the game date]
1 - Player - Team - VAR - VAR: [Crash the game date]
1 - Player - Team - VAR - VAR: [Crash the game date]
Then, once the "VAR:..." is in Note2, the extra field will be available for the card number. Then, add a, b, & c (usually in date order) so then the listings in the checklist will look like:
1a - Player - Team - VAR - VAR: [Crash the game date]
1b - Player - Team - VAR - VAR: [Crash the game date]
1c - Player - Team - VAR - VAR: [Crash the game date]
But the card number still displays in the database (and on the individual card's page) as the digit only (no a, b, or c).

UPDATE 2 : All is NOT figured out as the abc does not hide as you say it will in your final sentence. Hmmmm?

You have to edit the card number field to get the second box for the a, b, c card numbers. I edited the C1 cards in the Gold set as an example

The first 4 characters of the Note2 field must be:
for the extra field for the card number to appear. Then, use that to enter the a, b, c, d, etc.
Please note that the fourth character is : (that's a colon, not Bartolo).

RE; UPDATE 2:
You should see the a, b, c in the checklist.
You should not see the a, b, c when looking at the card's page.
From what I'm seeing, the CTG Gold set is done correctly (at least card 1 and its 3 variants).

Ok so when I put VAR: into the Note 2 field and then go back to the card number there is a bolder box half the size of the original box, does this mean it is now two seperate boxes? One for the card numebr and the other for the letter? Kind of confused like Billy but I am sure I will figure it out. And #1 was corrected by another member, not me. LOL Thanks for the help people, I appreciate it.
UPDATE : Yes that is EXACTLY the difference!! I saw the line(s) were different but I was adding the letter on card number side not the new empty box. Now that I hit the edit button, I see it! =) Billy hit edit on a card number with a VAR: and you will see it plain as day.

I believe BASE: in Note2 also triggers the extra card number field as well
