I wasn't planning to add any scans tonight. I was just adding more of my MLB traders to my collection here. I added the '92 Fleer cards and then the 1992-93 Fleer Excel cards. I went to add my single trader for the League Leaders insert set and it was missing scans. BUT, the only other card missing scans is the only other card I own from that set! Two cards from an old 20-card set and both are the ONLY scans missing from the site!!! Set is now complete for scans. BTW, my cards are #11 and #15. What an odd coincidence.

That must be a good feeling to know you finished a set with the last images needed. I have found myself ending up adding images, more than once, when all I intended to do was enter items into the database, but that is what makes this database so special, the members who go the extra mile to make it what it is.

Odd, the card scan gods are working for you.
Billy, that must have been an undertaking to make that list.

Trying to acquire one card for every for every set, insert, parralle, minor, euro, team issue, oddball etc sets produced for Hockey. Been an interesting project.

It only took me about an hour, and I fit it all on one sheet of looseleaf. I based it off the "Cards missing scans in your collection" report on my Collection page. It's more than 5000 cards, but I skipped all inserts, as about 1/3rd of what is needing scans are inserts, and some sets that need a whole lot done I also skipped. Some of them I skipped I went back and added on the end. I'm thinking about remaking it because I used all one color ink and it kind of blurs together.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. Thanks guys and gal. I'm always happy to add scans and even more happy to complete a set's scan list. This one was just a surprise. What are the odds that an MLB set that old (and not rare) would need scans here, and secondly, what are the odds that the only scans needed were the only cards I own? I'm always thrilled to add the FINAL scans needed for a set and this was my 3rd one in the past few months, but this one was extra special to me.

It is a good feeling when one contributes to this site, and more so when it completes a set. I always look to see how much the percentage of scans there are in a set as I add scans. Right now I am adding tothe 1976 O Pee Chee set. Though I will not complete it, 77 more cards will be scanned reducing it to less than 80 left to go.

Ditto to the 1st two sentences. Knocking out half of the needed scans for a vintage set is a big deal to me. There's no way I can do that in any category on here. Kudos for the work!
The funny thing about my last 3 set completions is that non are in the same category. My other two were a Star Trek: TNG Season set and the 2010 Topps Platinum NFL set. I have another Star Trek set that I can complete, but I just haven't taken the time to scan them yet. I've been working on other stuff lately and the forums eat a little bit of my time occassionally.
